What types of wood do you use?
We use top quality, locally sourced hardwoods to create all of our products. Most of our domestic hardwood comes from Bagdad Lumber & Laser in Shelbyville, KY and our exotic hardwoods we get from suppliers in Tennessee and North Carolina.
Where do you ship to?
We can ship to anywhere in the US. Most shipping is included in most products with the exception of the bigger items such as river tables and benches. Shipping on those will be based on size and shipping destination. We can also ship internationally.
Do you do custom orders?
We do offer custom ordering as well as custom engraving on almost all of our products. Please email or call us for quotes.
What is your turn around time?
Turn around time will depend on the item. Everything except the river tables and benches will usually take 1 to 2 weeks provided we have all of the requested woods on hand. The river tables and benches will depend on size and wood availability.
